We reserve the right to improve, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any service, product feature, platform component, or technical specification where necessary for operational, security, legal, commercial, or technological reasons.
5. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether such activity is authorized by you or not. You must safeguard your credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspicious activity related to your account. Where Reliancy.AI provides domain registration, renewal, transfer, DNS management, or related domain services, such services are additionally subject to the policies, rules, and operating procedures of the relevant domain registry, registrar, or governing body, including ICANN where applicable. Domain registration is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until successfully processed and confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all registrant and administrative contact information is accurate and kept up to date. Reliancy.AI shall not be responsible for losses arising from failed registration attempts, expired domains, inaccurate registrant information, missed renewal instructions, or registry-imposed actions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.
8. Pricing, Billing, and Payment Terms
All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to pay all fees, charges, renewals, taxes, and other applicable amounts associated with your selected services in full and on time. Failure to pay any amount when due may result in suspension, restriction, late fees, service interruption, or termination. Reliancy.AI reserves the right to revise its pricing, billing structures, renewal rates, service inclusions, and commercial terms at any time, provided such changes do not affect already-paid active service periods unless required by law, supplier action, or extraordinary operational circumstances. 9. Service Renewal and Expiry
Many of our services, including domain registrations and hosting subscriptions, operate on renewable billing cycles. It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal of services before expiry. Reliancy.AI may send courtesy reminders, but we do not guarantee the delivery or receipt of renewal notices. Failure to renew on time may result in suspension, deletion, release of domain names, loss of data, or re-provisioning charges. Certain expired services may be subject to restoration, redemption, or reactivation fees where applicable.
10. Refunds and Non-Refundable Services
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the time elapsed since purchase, service usage, and the nature of the transaction. Unless otherwise expressly provided on a specific service page or in a written refund policy, domain registrations, renewals, transfers, custom configuration work, setup fees, third-party license fees, and professional services are non-refundable. Hosting-related refunds, where offered, are subject to fair use, compliance review, and any stated refund window. Reliancy.AI reserves the right to refuse refund requests where abuse, policy violation, chargeback risk, or excessive resource misuse is identified.
11. Performance, Availability, and Technical Support
We strive to maintain stable, secure, and high-performing services. However, all services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis unless expressly covered by a separate service level agreement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from downtime, cyberattacks, congestion, hardware failure, software bugs, force majeure events, or upstream provider interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency interventions, software patches, or infrastructure upgrades may occasionally affect service availability. While we aim to provide timely technical support, response and resolution times may vary depending on issue complexity, service level, workload, and the nature of the environment involved.
12. Data, Content, and Backups
You retain ownership of your content and data. However, by using our services, you grant Reliancy.AI the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, back up, cache, and otherwise handle such content solely for the purpose of delivering the services to you. Unless expressly included in a managed backup plan or service package, you remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your websites, databases, emails, applications, and files. Reliancy.AI shall not be liable for data loss, corruption, deletion, or restoration failure arising from user action, software malfunction, third-party compromise, expired services, or events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Security and Abuse Prevention

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reliancy.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, reputational damage, service interruption, or business disruption arising out of or related to the use of, inability to use, or performance of our services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Reliancy.AI for the affected service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reliancy.AI, its directors, officers, staff, affiliates, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.
